In Casentino (Tuscany)

Borgo Corsignano is situated next to Poppi in Casentino, an unspoiled valley in Tuscany between Florence and Arezzo, surrounded by soft chains of hills, oakwood and chestnut trees, meadows with thousands of flowers and fragrant herbs.

The rooms are spread over several houses, built with natural stone, within spacious grounds. They all have a bath and are tastefully renovated and furnished. We will dance in the "Limonaia", the former barn. Belonging to the Fattoria are also two swimming-pools, a natural pond and a tennis court. A golf course is 4 kilometres away. On week-ends there will be big marriage parties, but during the week you will hear only singing birds and Tango music. We will have breakfast at a very rich and varied buffet. In the evening we will go out for taking dinner at different local restaurants - after all the Casentino is a landscape for gourmets.
